One-off report

You do not need another tool.
You need the answer.

A researched report on your competitive landscape — what they charge, what they publish, what they are advertising, who they are hiring — with the evidence attached. You name the competitors, we do the looking. Nothing to adopt, nothing to cancel.

What you get

Facts with the receipts, not an AI essay

Most “competitive analysis” you can buy is confident prose over thin evidence. This is the other way round: dated observations you can check, with the artefacts printed next to them.

Their actual words

The ad copy as it ran, headline and call to action. The blog titles with dates and links. Real review quotes with the star rating. You read what your buyer reads.

Counted, not estimated

Every number is counted from collected items and set against the same length of time before it. So it says "up from four last quarter", not "significant growth".

Built to be skimmed

Comparison tables, monthly trend charts, one takeaway per section. Interpretation sits in its own box, clearly separated from what was measured.

What a page actually looks like
Competitor A published 12 posts in the 90 days to 31 August, against 4 in the 90 days before. Nine of the 12 name enterprise security in the title.content
Competitor B added a lead-capture form to its pricing page; the entry price is no longer published.pages
Competitor A ran one LinkedIn creative 5 times in the window. The call to action changed from "Start free" to "Book a demo".ads
What we read into it

The content shift and the ad copy point the same way: a move toward a larger buyer. Worth checking against their hiring next cycle before you reprice.

Where it comes from

Fourteen sources, per competitor

All public. All dated. The work is in collecting it consistently across every company so the comparison actually holds.

Where a source has nothing on a company, the report says so. Absence of collected data is not written as evidence of inactivity, and a section that cannot be supported is dropped with the reason rather than padded.

What is inside

Ten sections

Each one leads with what was measured and closes with what we read into it. You get the HTML page and a print-ready PDF.

How it works

Three fields, then wait for the email

01

Name your competitors

Your domain and up to five competitors. That is the whole brief. Add a question if you have one.

02

Collection runs

Fourteen sources per company, dated and stored. No call, no questionnaire, nothing for you to do.

03

The report lands

A link in your inbox: the full report to read or share, and a PDF for the people who prefer one.

The questions you are already asking

Is this just a ChatGPT summary?

No. The data is collected from the sources themselves and stored with dates before anything is written, and every number in the report is counted from those records rather than generated. A model organises and interprets — that part is labelled as interpretation and kept deliberately short, because it is the only part that can be wrong.

What if you find nothing on one of my competitors?

Then the report says so, per source. A company that publishes nothing public is a finding in itself, and it is more useful to you than an invented paragraph. If we cannot support a whole section we drop it and tell you why.

Do I need to sign up for anything?

No account, no card on file, no trial that starts quietly. You get a link and a PDF. If you later want this watched continuously rather than as a snapshot, that is a separate decision and a separate product.

How far back does it go?

The report analyses recent windows per source — roughly a quarter for advertising and product changes, up to a year for content and hiring — and always states the window it is measuring. It is a picture of now with the run-up to it, not a company history.

Can I use this with my team, or send it to a client?

Yes. The link is shareable and the PDF is print-ready. Agencies and consultants buying these for clients is a normal use; tell us if you want it without our branding.

What if it is not useful?

Tell us within a week and you get your money back. We would rather refund you than argue about a report you did not find useful.
